Our Approach
Most Google Ads accounts that need rescuing are not failing because of the ads. They are failing because nobody can see what is working. When we took over a passenger transport client's account, the ads were running and people were clicking, but the website had stopped telling Google Ads which clicks became enquiries. The site had been rebuilt three times in a year and the tracking was lost at each one. From inside the account it looked as if the ads had stopped working, so filters were removed and campaigns were paused. The measurement had broken, not the ads.
So we work in a fixed order. First we secure the account: remove old access and confirm your business owns it. Then we audit what changed and when, and rebuild conversion tracking so enquiries are counted properly. Only once a real enquiry is confirmed recording do we restructure campaigns, consolidate the ones competing with each other, and switch the ads back on. For that client, the result was 400+ quote requests in the first three weeks after relaunch.
