Five tracking systems unified into one portal for TSB Living

TSB Living ships furniture and homewares nationwide through a mix of delivery networks: its own delivery fleet, courier freight connected to the Shopify store, national courier and freight carriers, and supplier-fulfilled orders shipped from Australia. Each system had its own tracking page, reference format and status language.

Customers did not know which carrier held their order, so they defaulted to emailing support, and the original tracking page only covered the company's own fleet.

Extended TSB Living's tracking portal into a single hub that accepts any order or consignment reference in one search box. Built carrier detection that works out which delivery network a reference belongs to, even where reference formats overlap between carriers.

Integrated each carrier's tracking system securely on the server side and tied lookups to Shopify order numbers, so customers can track with the reference from their order confirmation without logging in. Every carrier renders into one consistent delivery timeline, and supplier-fulfilled Australian orders link straight through to the carrier's own live tracking page.
