01 Before we got involved

The Challenge

Father's Day is a two-week gifting sprint where eCommerce brands compete fiercely for a narrow window of intent, and CPMs in the gifting category climb sharply as the date approaches.

Our client had a limited $447 promotional ad budget to work with and no margin to waste on learning-phase inefficiency, meaning the campaign had to hit profitable ROAS almost immediately. The product range was well suited to the occasion but had not been positioned specifically as Father's Day gifts in any prior creative, which created both a risk and an opportunity, fast creative iteration would be the difference between a quiet promo and a standout result.

02 What we did about it

Our Solution

We built a lean, high-velocity Meta Ads campaign leveraging Meta's Andromeda delivery system to surface the right creative to the right shopper with minimal budget drag.

Audience construction combined purchase behaviour signals, 1% and 3% value-based lookalikes seeded off the Shopify customer list via the Conversions API, and seasonal gift-shopper interest layers. We produced four creative angles around practical gifting, sentimental messaging, "for the dad who has everything", and a carousel showcasing gift bundles, then let the algorithm allocate spend to winners.

Facebook to Shopify traffic flow was tightened with Shop Pay one-click checkout. The campaign hit 10.

68× ROAS, 89 purchases, and $4,777 revenue on $447 spend.
