Christmas is a compressed, high-pressure window for eCommerce, where CPMs climb week on week, delivery cutoff dates create hard deadlines, and every brand competes for the same gift-shopper attention across Meta feeds. The client needed to push serious volume through December while holding a profitable ROAS, a tight balance when rising auction costs press on margins.
They had a genuinely giftable product range that had not yet been positioned as gifts in ad creative, which left clear upside if the messaging pivot landed well. With shipping deadlines in play, the campaign had to convert quickly so no day of the learning phase was wasted.
Our Solution
- Launched a conversion-maximisation Meta Ads campaign on a $150 per day budget, structured for speed and scale inside the holiday window.
- Ran prospecting on broad Advantage+ Shopping campaigns seeded with high-intent purchase signals, paired with lookalikes built from 180 days of purchaser data through the Conversions API.
