The client needed to push serious volume through December while holding a profitable ROAS, a tight balance when rising auction costs press on margins.

They had a genuinely giftable product range that had not yet been positioned as gifts in ad creative, which left clear upside if the messaging pivot landed well. With shipping deadlines in play, the campaign had to convert quickly so no day of the learning phase was wasted.
