The Challenge
Clean Windows is a residential and commercial window cleaning service based in New Plymouth, operating in a trades category where customers almost always pick from the top three Google Business Profile results in the local map pack.
The business had a functional website but an underoptimised GBP, inconsistent NAP citations across local directories, and no review generation system, so it was rotating in and out of the third page for core commercial terms. Competitors with thinner service offerings were outranking them on "window cleaner New Plymouth" simply because their GBP was better maintained.
