01 Before we got involved

The Challenge

360 Property Management is an Auckland-based rental management company competing in one of the most saturated service categories in the city, where landlords choose providers based almost entirely on Google search results and reviews.

Their existing WordPress site was slow, outdated, and buried on page two for "property management Auckland", losing new landlord enquiries to competitors with sharper sites and stronger on-page signals. The in-house team had been running SEO without a technical foundation, so content gains were being offset by Core Web Vitals failures and weak internal linking.

They needed a rebuild that could pass Google's performance thresholds while giving their SEO efforts room to compound.

Our Solution

We rebuilt the site on a lightweight stack tuned for Core Web Vitals, landing a 97 PageSpeed score and a 1.

2 second load time on the core landlord landing page. The information architecture was restructured around the keywords landlords actually search, with dedicated pages for rental appraisals, tenant sourcing, and suburb-level service coverage across Auckland.

We collaborated with their in-house SEO team on on-page optimisation, schema markup for RealEstateAgent and Service, and an internal linking model that pushed authority to the money pages. Within months the site was ranking in the top 2 for "property management Auckland" and pulling consistent landlord appraisal requests directly from organic search.
