Challenge
QM Group is an Auckland residential developer and builder, established in 2018 and a member of the Master Builders Association, with Silver Awards at the Master Builders House of the Year in 2024 and 2025. Its website still carried the older QM Development name and a design built around individual listings, which undersold a company with years of delivered homes behind it and a new collection about to launch.
The brief was one confident brand site that shows the quality of the work, the track record behind it, and exactly who to call to buy.

Approach
We designed and built a single scrolling site around QM's own line, Quality matters, opening on full-screen video. The page moves through who QM is and what it stands for, the two award-winning homes, and the QM Collection: every development delivered from 2018 to 2026 with its homes, sales result and build time, in a swipeable carousel with a full-screen photo viewer.
A Coming Soon section previews the 2026 and 2027 collections, the sales team sits alongside with direct contact details, and an enquiry form goes straight to QM's inbox. We switched the domain over with no disruption to company email, and the site went live twelve days after the kickoff call.
