PSI: a director-led exterior cleaning website for Auckland

PSI, Property Surface Improvements, is an Auckland exterior cleaning business led by its two managing directors, Isaac Smith and Andrew Clark, covering house washing, driveways and concrete, decks and patios, and commercial work for body corporates, retail, industrial sites and property managers. What sets PSI apart is how the work gets done: the directors quote and run every job themselves, the cleaning method is matched to each surface, and the price is fixed before anything starts.

Homeowners and property managers want to know who is turning up, what the treatment will do to their cladding, plants or deck, and what it will cost. The brief was a site that put the directors and their approach front and centre, answered those questions before anyone had to call, and made asking for a quote as simple as sending a few photos.

We designed and built the site on Astro and Tailwind, with a dark, high-contrast look built from PSI's own palette and logo, electric blue on near-black, carrying their 'Pressure Makes Diamonds' line. We structured the service content around method rather than muscle, showing the surfaces each service covers and how pressure is matched to them, with a 'Why PSI' section on fixed pricing, treating growth rather than blasting it, and a director on every job.

A team section introduces both directors with their own direct phone numbers, so visitors know exactly who will price and run the job. The quote form captures property type and the services needed, with an option to email photos alongside it on every page.

We added a detailed FAQ covering cost, regrowth, plant safety and after-hours commercial work, with FAQ and local business schema and verbatim Google reviews.
