Challenge
Associated Plastics has fabricated custom acrylic, polycarbonate and PVC components in Tasmania since 1979, serving trade, retail and industrial buyers. The business needed more than a brochure site: a way to sell its standard product range online, take custom fabrication enquiries with drawings attached, and present 5 services and 59 sub-services in a structure buyers could actually navigate.
It also had to stay fast while pulling live product and pricing data from a store back end.

Approach
Built a headless e-commerce site: a fast, statically generated Next. js storefront powered by WooCommerce, so the team manages products in a familiar admin while customers shop 67 products across 31 categories with prices and stock kept current automatically.
Shipped a full shop with filtering, search and price ranges, cart and checkout, and customer accounts with order history. Structured the marketing side around the 5 services, 59 sub-services and 11 industry pages, with a contact form that accepts drawing uploads for custom fabrication quotes, plus structured data throughout.
