His franchise profile lived inside the corporate Ray White site, so he had no personal destination to send prospective vendors to after a pre-appraisal phone call.
Homeowners searching for the best agent in Manukau, or checking his name before signing a listing agreement, found no independent place that gathered his performance and reviews. The goal was a personal brand home that matched his standing in the market, since in real estate the agent is the brand.
Our Solution
- Built a WordPress site with a dark theme and Ray White yellow accents that positions Aidan as a premium, performance-led agent.
- Led the homepage with his top 1% ranking and vendor testimonials, then recently sold properties, active listings pulled from the Ray White feed, and his personal story.
- Funnelled every section toward a prominent appraisal request call to action with a short form, so warm leads from referrals and doorknocks can book a market appraisal.
