Ray White gave him a generic franchise profile page buried inside the corporate site, but he had no personal brand destination to send prospective vendors to after a pre-appraisal phone call. Homeowners Googling 'best real estate agent Manukau' or checking an agent's name before signing a listing agreement were finding no independent proof of his performance.
In an industry where the agent is the brand, not having a personal site was costing him listings to agents with slicker positioning.
Our Solution
We built a sleek WordPress site with a dark theme and Ray White yellow accents that positions Aidan as a premium, performance-driven agent rather than a commodity franchise rep.
The homepage leads with his top 1% ranking, $60M+ in sales, and vendor testimonials, followed by recently sold properties with sale prices, active listings pulled in from the Ray White feed, and his personal story. Every section funnels toward a prominent appraisal request CTA with a short form, so warm leads from referrals and doorknocks convert into booked market appraisals.
