01 Before we got involved

The Challenge

GetATaxi is an Auckland taxi and airport transfer operator trying to win bookings in a market where Uber, Ola, and Zoomy dominate the app space, and legacy taxi brands like Corporate Cabs and Co-op own the phone-book and airport rank traffic.

They had no website, no organic footprint, and zero visibility for searches like 'taxi to Auckland airport' or 'pre-book airport transfer Auckland'. Corporate clients and travellers who specifically want to pre-book a fixed-fare taxi (rather than surge-priced rideshare) were finding competitors first.

Without organic traffic, every lead depended on repeat customers and referrals, which caps growth.

02 What we did about it

Our Solution

We built a modern, conversion-focused website with a clear booking flow, transparent fixed-fare pricing, and dedicated landing pages for airport transfers, corporate accounts, and suburban pickups.

On top of that, we ran a full SEO programme targeting Auckland transport intent keywords, built out service-area pages for each major suburb and terminal, and implemented LocalBusiness and Service schema to win rich results. Google Business Profile was rebuilt with proper categories, photos, and review prompts, and we earned backlinks from NZ travel and business directories.

Within two years organic traffic grew 643%, the site ranks for 178 keywords, and 28 of those sit in the top 10.
