The Challenge
Tom Rawson co-directs A T Realty, the parent company behind Ray White Manurewa, Manukau, Mangere, Mangere Bridge, and 360 Property Management, after ranking in the top 10 of Ray White agents nationally and the top 1 percent globally. His digital presence had grown through standard agent profile pages, and the opportunity was to give his leadership across South Auckland a dedicated home of its own.
Three distinct audiences were arriving in the same place: property vendors, aspiring agents weighing up career growth, and industry partners. The goal was a personal brand site that spoke to all three and matched the credibility of the network behind him.
