01 Before we got involved

The Challenge

Tom Rawson is the Director of AT Realty Group, oversees 5 Ray White offices across Manurewa, Manukau, Mangere, Mangere Bridge, and the 360 Property Management arm, and has personally transacted over half a billion dollars of property in South Auckland.

Despite all of that track record, his personal digital presence did not reflect the weight of the brand. Aspiring agents researching mentorship opportunities and vendors choosing the leader of their selling team were landing on outdated profile pages that read like a generic agent bio rather than a credible industry figurehead.

Our Solution

We built a polished personal brand site in WordPress with Elementor Pro on Cloudways, structured around three audiences at once: property vendors considering Tom's teams, aspiring agents evaluating Ray White offices for career growth, and industry partners looking at leadership credentials.

The site leads with hard numbers ($500M+ personal transactions, top 1% globally, Chairman's Elite 2020-2025), surfaces 11 agent testimonials prominently, links out to all five office sites and the property management arm, and includes a full career path narrative from first office to current leadership. Instagram Feed integration keeps the site fresh without manual updates.
