Challenge
Swish Property Services is an exterior cleaning company offering housewash, roof treatments, water blasting, and gutter cleaning across New Zealand suburbs. It competes in a market full of owner-operator pressure washers who undercut on price, while Swish has built genuine trust through more than 100 five-star Google reviews and strong word-of-mouth.
The goal was a website that matched that reputation and clearly separated its commercial service offerings from one-off residential jobs. The opportunity was to give homeowners searching for house washing nearby a polished experience and to capture quotes at the moment they were ready to book.

Approach
Redesigned the site around the review wall and before-and-after imagery, so social proof does the selling within the first scroll. Split the offering into dedicated service pages for softwash, roof moss treatment, water blasting, and gutter vacuuming, each with pricing guidance, FAQs, and a tailored quote form.
Rebuilt on-page SEO with local keyword targeting, a clear heading structure, and Service schema. Improved page speed by compressing imagery and removing legacy plugins.
Matched the new design to the premium positioning of the service so more visitors convert into quote requests.
