Sunshine Mortgages needed a professional online presence to compete in Auckland's crowded mortgage advisory market. They required bilingual support for English and Mandarin-speaking clients, interactive loan calculators, and a multi-step application form to capture leads.

Built a high-performance Astro website with full English/Mandarin internationalisation, four interactive mortgage calculators, a 5-step loan application form, Google review integration, and LocalBusiness schema. Included lender partner logos, team profiles, and strategic CRO elements throughout.
