A live listings website and appraisal funnel for the ProAgent Team

The ProAgent Team sells homes across Laingholm, Titirangi, Huia and the wider Waitakere Ranges as part of Ray White Titirangi. Vendors researching who to list with were landing on generic network pages that said nothing about this team's own patch, their recent sales, or the way they work.

They wanted a site of their own that showed current stock, made the sold record visible, and turned the quiet what is my house worth question into an appraisal conversation. The one hard constraint was that listings could never go stale, because nobody was going to re-key property data by hand every week.

We built the site on Astro with server rendering so listings are pulled from the team's own listing data on request, which means new stock, price changes and fresh sales appear on the site without anyone touching it. Every property gets its own detail page with the full gallery, features and the agent handling it, and the sold archive does the quiet work of proving the team actually sells in these suburbs.

We built a free property report page as the appraisal entry point, so vendors who are not ready to call still have a low-commitment way in, with every form running through Formspree to a clean thank-you flow. Enquiry paths are stacked for mobile with a persistent bottom bar, direct call and a WhatsApp option, because most of this traffic arrives on a phone.

A 10-post local blog covering the suburbs and the selling process rounds out the search coverage, with sitemaps generated automatically as listings and posts change.
