A tender-ready website build for Parata

Parata is a family-owned civil construction and infrastructure company founded by Ma and Raewyn Parata in 2023, delivering civil construction, civil maintenance, traffic management, and forestry services across the Gisborne East Coast and Northland regions. Council and forestry procurement teams reviewing tenders look for a credibility signal from a contractor website that matches the scale of the projects on offer.

The brief was to present this ISO-certified, multi-region team in a way that reflected their real capability and their "Local Knowledge, Lasting Results" positioning. The goal was a site that supports both tender qualification reads and early-stage client research.

Built an Astro site with a cinematic video hero and a bold typographic language anchored on "Local Knowledge, Lasting Results". Separated civil construction, civil maintenance, traffic management, and forestry into dedicated service pages with their own detail and project work.

Carried safety-first messaging through every page to reflect the zero harm commitment procurement teams screen for. Structured content and service areas so East Coast and Northland coverage reads clearly for council and forestry audiences.

Organised the page architecture for both tender qualification reads and early-stage client research.
