01 Before we got involved

The Challenge

J Tip It is an Auckland-based rubbish removal and skip-bin operator competing in a crowded, low-trust category where most bookings happen on mobile from people who need a truck at their property today.

Their old website looked like a 2014 tradie template, rendered badly on phones, had no clear pricing or service-area signals, and ranked nowhere for commercial keywords like 'rubbish removal Auckland' or 'skip bin hire Manukau'. The business was essentially invisible on Google despite doing great work, and the few leads that did come through the site were unqualified because visitors could not tell what was offered, where they serviced, or how much it would cost.

Our Solution

We delivered a complete rebrand including new logo, colour system, and brand voice, then built a high-performance Astro website engineered for local search dominance.

The site includes a multi-step lead form that captures job type, address, and timeframe before routing straight to the ops team, sticky mobile call and booking CTAs, live Google review integration pulling 24+ synced reviews, and LocalBusiness schema with full service and area markup. We built 25+ individual service-area landing pages covering Auckland suburbs, each with location-specific copy and schema to rank for 'rubbish removal [suburb]' searches.
