Challenge
Barclae Ridge Gift Solutions is a premium corporate gift hamper business that has curated bespoke hampers for New Zealand corporates, EAs, and HR teams since 2006, with a reputation built on artisan product sourcing and white-glove delivery. Much of their revenue lands in December, when EAs place large staff Christmas orders that need recipient lists, custom branding, and bulk pricing.
Those bulk orders previously ran through a phone-and-email process, with no self-serve path online. The goal was a store that made high-volume corporate gifting as simple as a single personal purchase.

Approach
Redesigned the WooCommerce store with a clean, warm-neutral aesthetic and photography-led product cards that match the premium positioning. Separated corporate and personal journeys with clear navigation across corporate, personal, birthday, baby, and seasonal categories.
Built a bulk order form with CSV recipient upload and a custom hamper request flow for tailored curation. Restructured checkout to handle multi-address shipping for corporate recipient lists.
Optimised product pages around the search terms EAs actually use when sourcing staff gifts.
