The Challenge
AT Realty Projects is the development sales arm of Ray White Manukau, marketing 20+ active off-the-plan and completed residential developments across Auckland at any given time.
Their listings live inside VaultRE, the real estate CRM the agency uses for contacts, campaigns, and property data, and every time a price changed, a unit sold, or a new stage launched, someone had to manually update the website to match. Agents were embarrassed when buyers pointed out sold units still showing as available, and the marketing team was spending hours each week shuffling photos and copy between VaultRE and WordPress.
They needed a website that treated VaultRE as the single source of truth so the team could focus on selling instead of data entry.
Our Solution
We built a custom WordPress site on an Elementor-based theme with a bespoke PHP plugin that authenticates into the VaultRE REST API and pulls the full project and listing dataset on a scheduled cron, storing it in custom post types so pages stay fast and SEO-friendly.
The plugin handles image syncing, price and availability updates, stage and unit-level data, agent assignments, and automatic status flips when a unit is marked sold in VaultRE. We built custom templates for project landing pages, unit comparison tables, and location maps, plus lead capture forms that post enquiries straight back into VaultRE via webhook so no lead is ever retyped.
The site now carries 23+ live developments with real-time CRM sync and zero manual listing maintenance.
