A live CRM-synced project website for AT Realty Projects

AT Realty Projects is the development sales arm of Ray White Manukau, marketing more than 20 active off-the-plan and completed residential developments across Auckland at any given time. Their listings live inside the agency's real-estate CRM, which holds contacts, campaigns, and property data, so every price change, sold unit, or new stage meant someone had to update the website by hand to match.

The marketing team wanted the website to draw directly from that CRM as the single source of truth. The goal was to keep buyers looking at accurate availability while freeing the team to focus on selling rather than data entry.

Built a custom WordPress site on an Elementor-based theme with a bespoke PHP plugin that connects to the agency's real-estate CRM and pulls the full project and listing dataset on a scheduled cron. Stored the data in custom post types so pages stay fast and SEO-friendly.

Handled image syncing, price and availability updates, stage and unit-level data, agent assignments, and automatic status flips when a unit is marked sold in the CRM. Designed custom templates for project landing pages, unit comparison tables, and location maps.

Wired lead capture forms to post enquiries straight back into the CRM via webhook, so no lead is ever retyped.
