Fundmaster is a mortgage advisory firm specialising in first home buyers across New Zealand. Advisors wanted to spend their consultation time with buyers who genuinely understood their KiwiSaver balance, deposit position, and path to pre-approval.

The existing enquiry form attracted plenty of curious browsers, but many were still early in their journey and not yet ready to discuss income or savings. The goal was to educate and pre-qualify buyers sooner, so advisors connected with people who had real intent and the financial readiness to secure finance within 90 days.

Designed a conversion-optimised landing page offering a comprehensive First Home Buyer Guide as the lead magnet. Built Meta ad creative around real buyer stories with clear KiwiSaver, deposit, and LVR explainers.

Delivered the guide instantly, then nurtured each lead through a five-email journey covering deposit strategy, pre-approval timelines, and common pitfalls with embedded consultation booking links. Targeted lookalike audiences modelled on past closed clients and retargeted guide downloaders who had not yet booked.

Achieved a 10. 44% conversion rate, more than double the industry benchmark, producing a high volume of qualified leads with consultation bookings to match.
