Sites that have been hacked or broken by an update. Sites where a rebuild or migration went wrong: old pages disappeared without redirects, forms stopped sending, tracking went missing and enquiries fell away. And half-finished builds left behind by a previous supplier. Can you fix it?** Often, if the cause is technical. The usual culprits are old page addresses that no longer exist, with no permanent redirect to the new page, and search pages the old site ranked for that simply were not rebuilt. We map every old address to its new equivalent, restore the content that was earning traffic, and fix what search engines were tripping over. We will not promise rankings come back to a set position, because nobody controls Google, but we will show you exactly what was lost and what we restored. **Why did my enquiries stop when the website still looks fine?** Because the parts that count enquiries are invisible. A form can look perfect and send to an inbox nobody checks. Conversion tracking can be lost when a site is replaced, so your ads and analytics stop seeing leads that are still arriving. We test every form, phone tap and booking from a real phone and confirm each one is counted. **Do I need a whole new website?** Not usually. Recovery is about getting the site you have working properly. If the site genuinely cannot be saved, or would cost more to patch than to rebuild, we will say so plainly and explain why, rather than selling you a rebuild you do not need. **My previous developer still controls the domain and hosting.
