## Challenge

Windsor Industries is a respected New Zealand casket and funeral supplies manufacturer, supplying funeral directors across the country with caskets, urns, and embalming consumables. Funeral directors place wholesale orders on short timelines, so they need a catalogue they can browse and order from at any hour without picking up the phone.

Windsor wanted a WooCommerce platform and hosting setup that stayed reliable during critical ordering windows and protected every SKU in their range. The goal was a site that matched the dignity of the industry they serve and reinforced their reputation for reliability.

02

## Approach

Migrated the site onto reliable New Zealand-based infrastructure and recovered the full product database without losing any SKU data. Designed a complete WooCommerce experience with an elegant dark theme and gold accents suited to the funeral industry.

Rebuilt the catalogue of 100+ products across caskets, urns, and embalming supplies with clean categories, high-quality imagery, and trade pricing shown to logged-in funeral directors. Added on-page SEO for each product line and rebuilt page speed from the ground up.

Set up ongoing managed hosting so the site stays online during critical ordering windows.
