## Challenge

True Hair is a New Zealand hair replacement specialist based in Flat Bush, Auckland, with more than ten years of experience and registration as a Ministry of Health and ACC wig provider. They serve customers across New Zealand and Australia with hair systems, wigs, toppers, extensions, and supplies made from 100% human hair.

Their audience spans two very different mindsets: lifestyle shoppers comfortable buying styling pieces online, and clients navigating medical hair loss who may qualify for a government subsidy. The goal was a storefront that could guide each of these audiences down the right path rather than treating them as one.

## Approach

Built a dual-mode e-commerce experience that surfaces the right journey for each visitor. Created a fast, catalogue-first flow for lifestyle shoppers ordering hair systems, toppers, extensions, and supplies, with stocked items dispatched within 24 hours.

Designed a consultation-led flow for medical hair loss clients covering in-salon consultations, custom builds, and government subsidy paperwork. Led the brand presentation with confidence and privacy instead of clinical messaging.
