## Challenge

Discount Taxis is one of the brands in the NZ Taxi Vans network, selling fixed-fare airport transfers against rideshare apps that surge on price and against national booking platforms with far larger budgets. Airport transfer demand is won or lost in the search results, where a traveller comparing a fixed quote against a surging app decides in a single session.

The brand needed to hold page one for the commercial terms that carry booking intent, not just its own name, and to do it across a query set where the biggest players bid heavily on paid.

02

## Approach

Built the page structure around how people actually search for airport transfers, separating fixed-fare airport runs, maxi and group travel, and general Auckland taxi demand so each has a page that answers the query directly. Put the fare quote in front of the visitor immediately rather than behind a form, so the page matches the intent that brought them.

Tightened on-page signals across titles, headings and internal links to make the commercial pages the strongest match for their terms. Backed it with local SEO so the brand competes on relevance in a market where competitors compete on spend.
