## Challenge

Clean Windows is a residential and commercial window cleaning service based in New Plymouth, operating in a trades category where customers almost always choose from the top three Google Business Profile results in the local map pack. The business had a functional website and an established service offering, so the priority was to consolidate its local search signals and hold a steady place in the top three for its core commercial terms.

That meant aligning the Google Business Profile, tidying local citations, and building a reliable flow of fresh reviews. In a map-pack category, a stronger and more consistent local presence directly shapes how many enquiries reach the business each week.

## Approach

Optimised the Google Business Profile and cleaned up NAP citations across more than 40 New Zealand directories for consistency. Built a structured review request flow sent to every completed job to grow a steady stream of fresh reviews.

Restructured the website with dedicated service pages for residential, commercial, and exterior house washing, each carrying LocalBusiness and Service schema. Added suburb-level content for Bell Block, Waitara, and Oakura, and tightened on-page targeting around commercial-intent phrases.

Strengthened local authority with a focused backlink push through Taranaki business directories.
