Its capability matched or exceeded that of competitors, yet organic visibility was limited across all three target markets for buyer-intent manufacturing queries. B2B buyers comparing fabricators on Google often landed on rivals with stronger on-page signals and backlink profiles first. The opportunity was to win multi-market organic visibility from a single site, without standing up separate country domains. 02 ## Approach Rewrote capability pages around substrate, process, and industry vertical so each page targeted the way buyers actually search. Added hreflang and geo-targeted content sections for AU, NZ, and US audiences to serve all three markets from one domain. Built topical authority through a backlink campaign across industry directories, manufacturing association listings, and supplier roundups. Aligned the structure to the core fabrication services, covering laser cutting, CNC router cutting, custom fabrication, and plastic repairs. Routed the resulting buyer-research traffic into quote requests that reach the sales team directly. We have since designed and built a new Next. js website for Associated Plastics, with WooCommerce retained for store management. The dated SEO results below document the search campaign, rather than measuring the impact of the new website. 03 ## What we delivered ### On-Page SEO - Capability page rewrites - Substrate and process targeting - Service page structure ### Multi-Market Targeting - Hreflang setup - Geo-targeted content - AU, NZ, US coverage ### Backlink Building - Industry directories - Association listings - Supplier roundups ### Lead Capture - Quote request flow - Buyer-intent pages - Newsletter signup Built with Next.js WooCommerce backend WordPress admin 04 ## Results 48 Keywords in Google’s Top 10 +30% More organic search visits, year on year 8× More top-10 keywords than January 2023 2.7× More ranking keywords than January 2023 (258 to 692) #2 Plastic Fabrication Hobart #3 Plastic Welding Repairs ### Top-10 search rankings over time Top-10 rankings grew from 6 in January 2023 to 140 in April 2026, the endpoint of this historical chart.
