## Challenge

360 Property Management is an Auckland rental management specialist competing in one of the city's most saturated service categories, where landlords choose providers largely off Google search results and reviews. The goal was to lift the website out of page two for "property management Auckland" so it could capture more landlord enquiries from organic search.

Their in-house team was already running SEO, and the WordPress site needed a stronger technical foundation to let those efforts compound. They wanted a rebuild that could clear Google's Core Web Vitals thresholds while improving on-page signals and internal linking.

## Approach

Rebuilt the site on a performance-tuned stack, landing a 97 PageSpeed score and a 1. 2 second load time on the core landlord landing page.

Restructured the information architecture around the keywords landlords actually search, with dedicated pages for rental appraisals, tenant sourcing, and suburb-level coverage across Auckland. Collaborated with the in-house SEO team on on-page optimisation, schema markup for RealEstateAgent and Service, and an internal linking model that directed authority to the priority pages.

Climbed to the #1 ranking for "property management Auckland" within months, pulling consistent landlord appraisal requests from organic search.
